There is always RoVA (Rest of Virginia). I hear there ain't no big cities down there like you got up in NoVA. It's all purty countryside and farms and people ridin' around in pickup trucks. Between the Post style parody and Gene's description of where he got Murphy from, those folks in RoVA have gotten some press lately, haven't they?
