Follow-up Comment #7:
The server should announce to everyone that one player has debug mode
enabled.
Cheating doesn't have to be (and really can't be with this game) prevented,
but you can let players know that it might be going on.
It can also help to explain to others why the game suddenly OOSes — because
BillyBob had debug mode on and decided to make a yeti.
