Well there are some blockers IMO:

The terrain system; I really want to have a final version of the terrain
letters in 1.3.2. Otherwise UMC creators still can't convert to the new
terrain system. Also we want to drop support for the old systems in
1.3.3. AFAIK mog is still busy with it.

MP still gets you kicked of the server pretty often, found that while
testing my halo changes. 

I fastforwarded The south guard and Ethiliel is gone in the last
scenario. I'd say that has to be fixed before a release especially since
there're already a lot of complaints about that bug.

I still hope to have the halo stuff fixed before 1.3.2 but I can't seem
to reproduce the problem on my machine.

With those open items I'm not sure whether next Friday is possible, but
I'd rather see those points (especially the first three) fixed before a
new development release.
