Fedora is looking at using Hyperkitty for discussions. It is supposed to be a combination of mailing list and forum. It isn't actually in use yet, but there is some initial planning discussion for getting it deployed going on. This might be something to keep an eye on and take a look at once it is deployed for Fedora.
