You can also do all of this with a NetBotz "RackBotz". It will do:
1. Temp
2. Humidity
3. Airflow
4. You can add power current probes.
It will notify you via e-mail, send SNMP traps or you can set up custom SNMP
services with WUG or set up trending on them with Denika. These thins are so
cool we signed up to resell them(we aren't a hardware vendor by nature). You
can get one of these for around 1000 bucks.

Create a custom service, and put the OID that contains the temperature value
that you want to poll for. Check 'Less than', Value = whatever you want the
alarm temp to be, and check 'A TRUE state indicates: UP'. Then when the
temp
rises above that value the device state will go down.
