Hi,
I've done quite a bit of work with the SensorArray and our standalone SNMP
monitoring
system OverTime Solo http://www.netic.com.au/OverTimeSolo.html. The sensor
array
can monitor multiple temperatures, humidity, airflow, water detection
(including distilled water
- other water detectors have trouble with clean water) security and even
has an integration with an axis camera which I've worked in to whatsup
to allow pictures to be taken of people entering our computer room (under
6.x).
The sensor array can send alerts via email and/or SNMP traps, can control
power outlets (off/on/reboot) and soon monitor power consumption.
There is a demo of OverTime Solo using the sensor array at
http://www.netic.com.au/OverTime/index.html
You'll also note in the demo that OverTime is monitoring other SNMP devices
much
like MRTG (OverTime is based on RRDTool).
