I'm currently evaluating Whats Up Gold and trying to figure out how other people have handled alerts. I would like to have the system setup to send different types of notifications depending on the circumstances of the alert. For instance, I want to receive a page if a system is down, but I only want a screen pop if the processor is pegged. Same server but different situations which warrent different respones. How does everyone else handle this? Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is one of the deciding factors in my decision. Thanks.
