Yes "<%SOUND_TYPE% WEBDOWN>" corresponds to a hardcoded file name.  Specifically webdown.wav.  You have a couple of choices... you can rename your sound file to webdown.wave, or you can change "<%SOUND_TYPE% WEBDOWN>" to <<myfilename.wav>>    ~Brian     ----- Original Message ----- From: Clinton J.
