This is exactly what I've been arguing Lisa...occasionally taking a beating for doing it. I'm trying my damdest to negotiate a solution that isn't "newer editors vs. experienced editors". We're actually making what seems like great progress today, I'm getting hopeful that when the fight moves to WP:VP, it will be much less bruising.
