I still have to review what that is, which I'll check later, but for now some quick notes on which I'd like more input from the reporter: 1) the request as summarised in comment 0 lacks a rationale, i.e. what this configuration wants to achieve; 2) the poll question looks one-sided, providing only the views of those who assume the standard CAPTCHA configuration harmful (*); 3) the community wasn't provided with data allowing an informed decision, instead they used some partial data covering less than half of the reversions of two weeks out of the two months.
