I will answer any developer question or I can help them on how to ask community
itself. I don't know who you are and what are your functions here. Meta page on
how to make this change does not cite that this kind of question should be
answered here. It says that here you can argue about any limit to configuration
change.

But that is me. Why bringing that to community is a problem? I am sure that any
of the other 53 users that voted would be fine to answer. Points 1 and 2 are
only your opinion, which is different from the opinion of a whole community.
You are implying that community didn't know what was doing or, worse, was
fooled by the one that created the vote page. That is a fallacy to say the
least; not a valid argument.
