I believe the only hard blocker now is bug 58438 (security review). Depending
on Chris S.'s (or someone else's...) availability to do a security review, this
extension deployment may get pushed until the end of March 2014. We'll see.
Nemo, Guillaume, Lego, et al.: thoughts on what's needed in terms of
communicating this change and giving users time to prepare? As I see it, it's
really just a matter of coordinating with the Meta-Wiki community.
