Just a note. Items with statements that only has references to Wikipedia are not as reliable as those with external sources. Most of them are extracted from infoboxes. I understand that at the beginning of Wikidata it helped, but now we have to try to improve the quality of these items. However, I don't think we have to remove the statements. I think that our efforts should be directed to encourage the users to search and add external sources, to then remove the "imported from Wikipedia in X".

A similar concern apply to the 100M unreferenced statements, although here it's not clearly in conflicting with any term of use, it is just in completely unknown legal situation.

But this case is different, because it can be related with another issues. For example, most of the times the "instance of" "human being" has not references.
