Yes. You should just be able to delete the two references. When the code was added in rMW27c61fb1e94d: Add `actor` table and code to start using it <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rMW27c61fb1e94da9114314468fd00bcf129ec064b6> `rev_text_id` did not have a default and so needed to be specified for the INSERTs to succeed. That was later changed in rMW8d15ade67267: Add default for revision.rev_text_id where missing <https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/rMW8d15ade672677bcdca0aff9cc66580dc56fb3f31>, so now the `rev_text_id` can be omitted.
