I never said Wikipedias will always agree; in fact, I
pointed to science articles, not social or religious articles, as a
dominant use-case. In any event, whatever [[wikidata]] pages are
transcluded is entirely under the whim and control of a wikipedia. If a
wikipedia wants its own (unique) infobox or other item like a chart,
then someone logs onto the wikidata host, creates their infobox/chart,
and then transcludes that infobox/chart into their wikipedia page. If a
given installation has installed the wikidata extension itself, there is
no need to logon to another wiki, otherwise it's the same process.
