Hi Randy,

We would need to estimate the proportional costs of bandwidth and server
costs as a ratio of our total bandwidth plus the soft costs to actually
install the localisation on the server. That shouldn't be too expensive.

I'm willing to start the ball rolling by pledging CAD$100 per month from
my personal funds to help support a Chinese Wikieducator. Once we know
the estimated costs, we will know how much money to raise.
