Leigh, With all due respect, Not that I disagree with what you are saying its just that I think you need a new pair of glasses. You seem to be reading a lot into things and being overly pessimistic about good works. In the big navel gazing world we live in, it is good people are putting efforts into projects like WE. We may not have it right in some peoples views, but at least we are engaged and I challenge you to point me to something better than WE in bringing an international set of educators together to create a free curriculum (with a good set of the tools and a vision for it to be localized). And through time, I hope we end up where things have become flatter and flatter.
