I'm with you Steve!

Lets keep things simple and fun. When I started this thread I was
looking to open things up with UPE and not create to many additional
processes. I wanted anyone to nominate with a brief description of
why. The UPE "committee" to assess if the nomination was reasonable.
If yes, they would become a UPE. If no, we would provide polite
feedback as to how the user page and related description could become
a UPE.
