UPE certainly borned as a funny game, no rules, out of the planned stuff (I
agree and support the motion to keeping it like that). But it's been
succesfull:

*  stimulating newbies engagement,
*  motivating folks to improve wiki-skills,
*  "benchmarking" our babyes (User Pages) with other ones,
*  promoting communication among WEs.

We should'nt see these important outputs just as a game. So this funny
creature has impacted our community serious goals. Let's think on a perfect
balance.
