Niel, I saw, but the fact that WMF is targeting specific articles about proprietary-IP-heavy subjects with a plea for revenue that is closely aligned to the proprietary IP makes me wonder if there is enough of a nexus that a trademark license is required. WMF is trying to leverage proprietary IP for its own revenue. That seems like it's worth some careful legal thought. Perhaps it's ok, but I would like to hear that from a WMF attorney.
