I'd prefer meeting during the day if that works. Wed and Thu night are booked
for me. I could make it Tue night if necessary.

Are we bringing our laptops to this meeting, and doing a little dry run?

What is the venue like - do we have our own quiet room, or is there typical bar
activity to talk over or what?
Is there a screen to display things on that everyone can see?

Cheers,

-Neal
