Template:QueenslandHeritageRegister is a bit unwieldly but it also provided a descriptive label for the tin. That's what I'd go with.
I think (and I'm happy to be corrected here), that if you Move a template and leave a redirect in place it won't break any extant use of the template on other pages. Can anyone confirm ths?
