Due to a few logistical issues touching on user accounts we delayed
setting up the bio page,We have so far revised our schedule
accordingly to give candidates enough time to do the bios , they are
free to do that till the end of Tuesday , i have noted genuine
concerns on the issue of time ,which is cool ,We expect to look at
them on Wednesday ,we also urge the voters to visit the page so that
they may be guided when voting .
On the issue of proxy voting ,the voter shall email us requesting
for proxy voting ,we shall consequently email him/her an e-ballot of
which he/she will be required to tick the check box against the
preferred candidate and mail it back to us ,that will take care of
authenticity issues & reduce third party involvement ,we shall print
the checked e-ballot & tally them with the rest on the material

We also want to liaise with the mailing list admin or moderators @
the admin end/back end if there is any way we can get hold of members
contribution on the list ,if not we shall define ways.
If anybody is having minutes of previous meet ups that are not
available to us please feel free to mail anyone of us , we indent to
use the same in determining voter eligibility.
Abbas @ David kindly inform us of any changes on the venue so that
we can consequently plan for that.
