HI Andrew, Thanks for all of those comments. Again, many of these things are hangovers from the previous version of the booklet. The numbering for example - I've changed it but think that was an intentional stylistic choice. The links to the licences are posing a problem, however. The icons aren't in the booklet as images and so I am having real trouble moving them to sit in line with where the text ends up (my InDesign training on Thursday can't come soon enough...). I shall add a link to the Creative Commons website below the final licence.
