as I have just seen the list of
volunteers<http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Wiki_Research_Ideas/Volunteers>,
I would recomend to start withing the existing community which can support
you and than fork it if necessary. The best en.wv, which is
multigenrational. Wikiversity Beta has a very low number of contributors.
