Will someone correct me if I am wrong here.
If you look at your mail client, you will have an "Inbox". By default
all your received mail will go in there. If you right click on
"Inbox" a menu will pop up. On that menu there should be an item
that will allow you to "Create New Folder"
This is the folder that you can use to filter specific mail into. By
creating multiple folders, and associated rules, you can arrange for
all/any/most mail to be automatically directed into those folders.
In my case I can associate a particular identity/Email address/account
with each folder. So when I send an Email from a particular folder,
it gets the "Reply Address/Account/Identity" that I want you to see
and use to send Email back to me.........
