Sorry to learn that your Daughter has been caught out by someone who 
cloned her credit card.

A card reader/writer can be obtained for less that $100.  All it takes 
is the time involved, to swipe the card,  and the same again to 
produce a clone !!

Blank cards can be obtained for about 20 - 25 cents each, in packs of 
100.  Much less if you get 1000's.

Best bit is you can get a card copier for about $1k.  No computer 
needed !!
