The Upgrade or Full version also comes with some MS support. OEM systems are
supposed to be supported by the OEM, Microsoft won't talk to you.
I thought MS would talk to a Retail version for two free calls, then you "go
paid"...
I also thought MS would talk to an OEM user, but you START by paying them.
