Actually, I can access it on my desktop!  Forgot to mention that.

It's the MS WinXP site.

Yes, but I can't even access any site on MS from a Google search for 
SP2.

I'm sure it has.  My system came with it from Dell.

That shouldn't matter though!  Any computer should be able to access a 
web site, should it not!

It isn't that I can't DOWNLOAD!  I simply get PAGE CANNOT BE 
DISPLAYED.f
