Hi Jim, Do you have a machine that can write a CD ? Does this machine have a floppy drive ?
If so simply create a bootable floppy. It must be able to allow access to the CD drive when you boot from it. Copy the "Win98" folder to your hard disk. User your writer software to make a new CD with the contents of the "Win98" folder on it and tell the writing software to make the CD bootable using the bootable floppy disk that you created. HTH.
