I'm with you on McAffee, Eve. I used it for years, actually, until
I "got smart" <smile>.
If it came pre-installed, first thing I'd do would be to un-install it.
If someone gave it to me for free, I'd toss it!
I've found that AVG FREE does all I need.
You have to remember, though, that this list has an abundance of folks
on it who are very technical and their advice for applications is for the
ones which are "overkill" for the average user.
