But even WEP, as insecure as it is, would stop 98% of all neighbors.
As would MAC filtering.
It all depends on the circumstances. If you and your neighbors
live in an upscale residential neighborhood, and you've known
each other for 30 years, it is highly unlikely they would resort
to hacking your connection. But if I lived in a high density
apartment building with transient residents, I'd certainly use WPA.
