The heat sink and fan on the CPU is away from the side if the case with the holes in it. So the hot air just circulates in there.
There is a heat sink on a chip on the mobo also away from the holes.
The power supply fan does not seem to push much air.
I have an Antec Sonata II box with a 120mm fan. The power supply fans just barely push the air. Usually only one is running. But everything is nice and cool. It is very quiet too. I love this case. I always used Enlights before this. But no more! Anyway we are ordering a 90mm fan for the case as psychologically I like to be sure things are cool and the inside feels hot when I open it up.

If so, then you probably do not need a fan to extract air from the case.
The 'modern'? idea seems to be to pressure the case with air drawn in
directly to the components generating the most heat, and let that flow out
past the rest of the components.
The old ( couple of years ago ) idea was to draw out hot air, which would be
replaced by air from all around the case drawn over all components.

The new technique is generally superior, providing you don't also have other
fans attempting to draw in air - such as those in hard drive caddys,
in which case they will probably be fighting the main air flow arising from
the large CPU fan
