Both these items are manufactured as a single molding and are fastened 
to the heatsink by it.  The first looks like a Dynatron part !  The 
second one I don't recognise at all !

In the case of the first one the fan is easy to replace ! Simply discard 
the whole fan and fit a standard Dynatron 65mm x 10mm 3 wire fan and 
use screws to secure it.

Without having a sample of the second one to examine, I would guess that 
it (the heatsink) is secured to the mainboard by the four lugs and 
press pins.  While the fan looks to be clipped / fastened to the 
heatsink in a similar way to the first.  In which case it should be 
feasible to replace the fan in a similar way !

Cooler Guys as far as I am aware sell Dynatron products !  FWIW the AMD 
supplied Heatsink Fan assemblies are made by Dynatron !
