Just because you haven't seen them doesn't mean they don't exist.  There are
pictures of OEM Intel coolers on Ebay.  Not very good pictures but take a
look at items 220008029841 and 190008137332.  Now show me where I can order
JUST the fan for one of those at Cooler Guys.  It's not a standard 40, 50,
60, 70, 80, 92, or 120mm fan.

Not seen any that were actually molded to the heatsink, in that they 
"Cannot" be replaced.  I've replace dozens of them.  Ask "Cooler 
Guys" !  Although there is a lot more profit in selling a heatsink fan 
assembly
