I'm not sure what they mean by that. You can use a router and have
many. Perhaps this is referring to mailboxes. Comcast may give you
5 mailboxes. Don't know why even mention 2.

I'm not even sure they offer more than 1 IP. Years ago, they did.
If you use a router all PCs will have the same IP on the internet.
