from the web site. they have two columns - one time fees and
monthly fees and it was on the monthly side.

Internet and $43 for Internet if you already have cable TV. What
are you looking at?
Why would one want each PC in one's home LAN to have its own
IP address?
some services need an internet address for a direct connection
- they don't work if nat'd.
