She wants to reclaim the reserved 20% and I'll bet she cannot
even spell QoS!
What the IT person is pursuing is just a waste and will NOT
make any difference.
She's trying to justify deploying XP Pro. QoS and reserved
bandwidth is something she thinks help justify it.
My understanding is that with a clueless IT person, and no Active
Directory things, Pro is a waste of a non-profit's money.
Do you agree?
