It may be a good thing you made the "mistake". The argument
you are (or were?) presenting (no active directory and no
file/printer sharing) probably will not trump the "reclaim the
reserved 20%" argument she is presenting. Who can turn down a
"faster" internet connection, especially if someone makes the
argument that the "reserved" bandwidth is being paid for, but
not used.
??? I thought the consensus was that the so-called reserved
bandwidth was an urban legend.
