dont know what Ghost you're using, or how you have it configured, but
ghost 2003 does NOT work like that, even with auto-service enabled. I
suspect you use ghost for incremental backups, I only use it for total
backups whenever it's run, so it does NOT monitor drive changes "on-the-fly"
