The drive that I replaced is  a LITE-ON SOHW-1633S firmware 
BS0Y. that I flashed to what ever the latest official version 
is. The new drive that had a problem before I  reloaded Nero is 
a LITE-ON  DVDRW SHM-165H6S firmware HS07. It seems to be 
working okay now. The other drive in the system is a LITE-ON  
LTR-40125S firmware ZS0K. I haven't tested it  with Nero since 
reloading.
