Gulp... unless the broadband connection is at the *very* low end, broadband upload speeds usually/generally start at 128Kb, and go up from there, depending on the broadband plan selected. Slow, but not dial-up modem upload (28/33Kb for v90) speed slow. :D

BTW sdsl broadband will have the same upload/download speed.
