The Pew Internet & American Life Project report the FoxNews report mentioned states "As of March 2006, 42% of all American adults had a high-speed internet connection at home. In March 2005, 30% of all adults had high-speed internet at home."

But it does not state the percentage of all American adults that had a low-speed (modem) internet connection at home, since it deals with broadband connectivity statistics only.
