I seriously doubt there are any cable providers still using a
dialup upstream speed connection. Interestingly, there was one
ISP in Tucson that still offered "one way" broadband satellite
service (which uses a dialup modem for the upload side) up to
about a year ago. I wonder how many of those are still around?
