It all depends if you want to "cook" (or fry) yourself.
(Remember the old "hot dog cookers" that just zapped
110V-60HZ through them?)

What I said is "around" enough to "stop a heart" with
very little obvious damage...

I'm not even sure how we got on this...  Oh yea...
Nothing I said would bother you much inside a
computer with a SEALED power supply...
(Open that up, and all bets are off...)

Taking this one step further, aren't we all assuming
some part in the PS is NOT failing and leaking that
110V to places it was never supposed to be?

I'll stick with un-plugged... Most modern PSs are not
"really" off when you think they are, and that can cause
other problems...

Not really Gary.... Easier to kill yourself with high amperage 110v than it is
with lower amperage 240v.
