I'd say that's true of ALL antimalware products. Hence the reason I run at 
least 5 different programs when doing a cleanup, not in any particular order.

-Trend's TSC
-Adaware
-Spybot
-Trojan Hunter
-MS Antispyware
-updated antivirus on the machine
-many times manual deletions are required too

add in Hijackthis, CWShredder, Autoruns, StartupCPL and a few other 
utilities.
