But not in 3D on a vertical 360 axis? Yes WIn 2000 can do transparent WIndows
but not in 3D. So 3D WIndows in Vista is the only feature that Vista has that
Windows 2000 nor WIndows XP does not. ;)

I've had transparent windows since win2000? Lots of apps can make
windows transparent (I always disable transparent in the end, the
concept just doesn't work for me)
