Beta testers received Vista's final test build more than one month
ago. It is complete except for ironing out a few remaining bugs.
I fully expect RTM to be declared in a few days. The reason for the
delay of the consumer release to January is to give the OEM builders
(Dell, HP, etc) time to make sure their hardware is fully compatible.

infant
that's yet to start growing once it RTM's in January 2007. Its true in some
cases that
new software only improves over time just like wine although some it may not
as good as other brands but overtime it improves.
