Gralla's. Finnie is obsessing over UAC to the exclusion of
everything else. Yes, UAC is a bit of a pain when first setting up
a PC to your liking, but once you get it set up, UAC doesn't get
invoked all that often. And if it really bothers you, it is easy
enough to turn off.
