All this VISTA stuff leave me wondering if all the sub systems, drivers, program
compatibility and other stuff we all use daily will actually be there when we
need it.
Like will Acronis still work, I know that when I tried to access my account with
the registration company that holds my domain registration I could NOT get
access with IE7 so had to use wife's machine with IE6 still running.
Nice to buy the NEW car but I don't want to be the test driver if it breaks down
and no-one can fix it.
One of the car pro gramme presenters bought a new Aston Martin and they
virtually had to rebuild the gearbox four times and fix the engine
twice......... They had to send a tow truck on each occasion and get it back to
the factory. Never had that problem when FORD didn't own them.
Same situation with VISTA - mission critical software - will it or won't it work
with VISTA and will my printer work -------
